The Daily Memorandum ( Monthly Calendar ) Is in like new condition with minor age tanning to the pages. The Address book is in very good to like new condition with handling wear to the alphabet tabs. The Engagements Pad ( Daily Planner ) Is in very good to like new condition, there are a few scribble markings in from what I can assume is the pen that comes with the organizer.o
