Old Colorful Mercury Glass Garland Beads
These almost didn't get posted. I literally fell in love with these as soon as my eyes spotted them on a table. They were a ball of mess I'll tell ya that! I spent hours carefully separating them ball by ball. And now look at them! Colorful. Old mercury glass, you know, things were made so much nicer with such nicer material than they are today. Some pieces are broken but not many - and the ones that are you can hardly tell when they are bundled up beside each other. Truly a beautiful set to add to your home no matter what season it is. Made for Christmas Time but worthy of displaying year round. I picture them hanging in a kitchen window from a golden rod, draped in the bathroom window so you can enjoy them while you soak. Very eccentric, eclectic - one of those or both. Reminds me of my Late Aunt Sue, these would have definitely hung from her kitchen window
