More information about 5 Blackberry Vine Rubus Plant Cuttings

What you get: Five 3-6" organic cuttings
Common Name: Blackberry
Scientific Name: Rubus
U.S. Hardiness Zone: 8 & 9
Sun Requirement: Full Sun
How long it takes for cuttings of this plant to root: 3-4 weeks

**Notes: Blackberries can be grown on a trellis. They need to be pruned frequently to keep them from becoming invasive. The berries are highly nutritious. The leaves and roots are used as herbal medicine (please research for more information). Blackberries are expensive at the grocery store so growing your own would save you money. Great addition to a permaculture food forest.

Shipped with care. Some wilting on cuttings is normal after shipping. Re-cut the stem ends, plant or place in water as soon as possible. Keep them out of direct light. Please google how to root cuttings for more information if you are not experienced at propagation. I do not include instructions.
