Expert Gardener All Purpose Fertilizer 13-13-13 is formulated for quick release for beautiful foliage, more vegetables and root growth. When using on flowers and vegetables spread Expert Gardener All Purpose Fertilizer 13-13-13 evenly on the bed surface and work into the top 2 to 4 inches of soil surface before planting. For vigorous growth, repeat application every 6 weeks during the growing season working into the soil surface along rows or around plants.
